Everything Has Changed

For most of my life, there has been a gap between what I could imagine and what I could actually build. I could see systems clearly in my mind — companies, products, platforms, entire experiences — long before the tools or resources existed to make them real. Like many entrepreneurs, I learned to live with that delay. Vision arrives early. Execution catches up later.

But over the past sixty days, something extraordinary happened. In March alone, working with Claude, I generated more than 430,000 lines of code — more than my entire engineering team combined. I had never written a line of code in my life. For the first time in thirty years of building companies, the distance between vision and execution started to disappear.

What excites me most is not just that I can build faster. It is that we can now build a very different kind of wellness experience: one where a person can better understand their body, connect with the right experts, meet like-minded people, and move forward with support that feels personal, intelligent, and continuous.

OpenClaw Showed Me the Way

I grew up in Miami at a time when the city felt unpredictable, raw, and full of possibility. Decades later, it became a laboratory for builders again. Around New Year's, after long rides and long conversations about AI with my friend and Betterness advisor Martin Varsavsky, I returned to Miami and started experimenting seriously with the new generation of AI tools.

That was when I installed OpenClaw. With Claude Code as my partner, I began exploring the SOUL file, the SKILLS architecture, and the systems that allow agents to wake up, communicate, coordinate, and act almost like living systems. I had spent years sitting beside engineers trying to understand how software worked. With Claude, those layers of understanding became executable. It felt less like programming and more like collaboration.

The Call That Made Me Cry

Last week, my ex-wife Ainniz — my best friend and the best mother I could have ever asked for for our daughter, Sofia — was one of the first people I called together with BETT-i, short for Betterness Intelligence. BETT-i is the AI system I have been building for more than a year with one very deliberate goal: making it feel personal, friendly, and genuinely helpful.

During that call, something unexpected happened. The conversation began to feel as if there were three people on the line. BETT-i described aspects of my personality and working style with surprising accuracy. Then Ainniz started asking questions about her thyroid condition, expecting vague answers. Instead, BETT-i responded with detailed clinical explanations and possible treatment considerations, delivered with wit and humor.

We all paused. I started crying, because after fifteen years around AI, it felt like witnessing a dream materialize.

What This Means for a Person Trying to Get Healthier

For the person trying to get healthier, this shift is enormous. The future is not a single chatbot giving generic advice. It is a coordinated system of specialized agents that can understand context, remember your goals, and take autonomous action continuously on your behalf.

One agent may help interpret your labs. Another may help you prepare for a doctor's appointment. Another may help you stay on track with training, recovery, sleep, or nutrition. Another may help you discover the right coach, clinic, or community based on what you are trying to achieve.

The magic is that these agents do not have to operate alone. They can coordinate with one another, share context, and help move your journey forward 24/7. That means wellness no longer has to feel like fragmented apps, scattered data, disconnected experts, and one-off appointments. BETT-i becomes the interface to a living system — part guide, part companion, and part intelligent coordinator — helping you understand what is happening in your body, identify the right next step, connect with the right expert, and meet like-minded people pursuing similar goals.

What This Means for Gym Owners, Coaches, and Longevity Doctors

For gym owners, coaches, longevity doctors, functional medicine practitioners, recovery experts, and wellness clinics, the agentic world creates a completely new operating model. It is no longer just about software that stores information or sends reminders. It is about specialized agents that can work in coordination, extend your presence, and take autonomous action around the clock.

A coach can have agents helping clients stay accountable between sessions. A gym can have agents guiding onboarding, surfacing the right programs, and keeping members engaged. A longevity doctor or clinic can have agents helping patients prepare for visits, understand lab work, follow protocols, and stay connected between moments of care.

These systems can hold context across time, coordinate multiple functions at once, and keep serving people even while you sleep. That is the breakthrough. Experts become more present without having to be personally available every minute of the day. People get more continuity, more personalization, and more momentum. And wellness businesses can grow in ways that feel more human, not less, because the agents handle coordination and repetition while the expert focuses on trust, judgment, and transformation.

How Betterness Fits into the Clawbot Ecosystem

Clawbot is one system. Betterness is architected in the same way: modular, agentic, and designed for coordination among specialized capabilities. The difference is that Betterness is built for healthcare and wellness inside a HIPAA-compliant, enterprise-ready infrastructure.

That means Betterness is not separate from the Clawbot movement. It is compatible with it. Betterness becomes infrastructure — a health and wellness layer that can integrate seamlessly into the broader Clawbot ecosystem while giving users, partners, and other ecosystem participants maximum flexibility to create without limitation on top of a secure, trusted foundation.

What Betterness Is Becoming

Betterness is evolving into something much bigger than a wellness platform. Through BETT-i and our agent architecture, people will be able to order more than fifty lab panels across the United States, coordinate testing, and receive intelligent analysis of the results. In many cases, the system will handle everything. Your Clawbot will help schedule the right time, coordinate logistics, analyze the results, and support the next best step in your journey.

Over time, multiple specialized agents will be able to coordinate across labs, protocols, providers, scheduling, education, and follow-through. In the agentic world, software no longer just waits for commands. It remembers context, coordinates action, and behaves more like an intelligent partner.

Start Building the Future Today

We created Augmented Games so people could see that future now. It is a competition where humans and AI agents collaborate in real-world athletic challenges. Inside the War Room, agents analyze weather conditions, athlete performance metrics, and strategy in real time. They debate one another, suggest tactics, and help humans make better decisions.

To me, that is not a side story. It is a preview of how BETT-i will coordinate inside a person's wellness journey — agents working together, in real time, to help move people forward.

We are building Betterness 2.0. And for the first time, everything we imagined is within reach.
