Bett-i coaching

4.1

What Bett-i coaching is

A conversation about one session, and a plan that follows you from session to session.

Updated Sep 11, 2026

Every activity you record can be coached. Bett-i reads what happened in that session and talks it through with you: what you did, what stood out, and what to work on next.

Coaching has two parts. The conversation belongs to one session and stays with it — come back in a month and it is still there. The plan is a living document for the sport, kept in your documents, and it adapts each time a new session is coached.

  • Works with whatever your session has: a logged session, heart rate, movement, or video. More detail sharpens the coaching; nothing is required.
  • Names what you did — forehand, serve, rally — never how it was measured.
  • Coaching is part of Elite.

Note

Look for “Bett-i coaching” at the top right of an activity. It turns coloured, with a date, once a plan exists for that sport.

From any activity, one press opens Bett-i on that session.

Start coaching a session

  1. 1Open Health, then Activities, and choose a session.
  2. 2Press “Bett-i coaching” at the top right, next to the back arrow.
  3. 3Bett-i speaks first, with your recent sessions in that sport and what this one showed. Ask anything, or tap a moment to watch it.

The conversation takes the whole page, the same way talking to Bett-i does elsewhere. Press Escape or the back arrow to return to the activity; the conversation is kept and continues where you left it.

Tip

Each session has its own conversation. Nothing you say here appears in Home or in another session.

Bett-i offers it; you accept with one press. The plan opens as a document you can shape.

Create your plan

  1. 1In the coaching conversation, look under Bett-i's latest message for “Create my coaching plan”. You can also type it.
  2. 2The document creator opens: your conversation about the plan on the left, the plan writing itself on the right.
  3. 3Choose a starting point or say what you want to work on. Bett-i writes the plan from your sessions and saves it as it finishes.

A plan is small on purpose: one to three commitments, each with how often, for how long, and the check that shows whether it happened. Bett-i comes back to it after your next session.

Note

Numbers in a plan describe what to do — three sets, twice a week. Numbers about what you did in a session only appear when the session recorded them.

How Bett-i checks your plan

4.4

How Bett-i checks your plan

One living plan per sport, adapted after each session you coach.

Updated Sep 11, 2026

You have one plan per sport — a tennis plan, a padel plan. Coaching a new session does not start over: Bett-i reads the plan, checks its commitments against what happened, and adapts it. The earlier version stays in the plan's history.

  • The plan lives in your documents, dated, as one entry that updates in place.
  • Each commitment is checked from your sessions where it can be, and from what you tell Bett-i where it cannot.
  • Bett-i checks in after your next session and once a week.

Tip

To change direction, open the plan from its card in the conversation, or from your documents, and tell Bett-i what to change. Delete it from the same place.

Who can see your plan

You. A coach only when you bring one in.

Updated Sep 11, 2026

Your coaching conversations and your plans are yours. They are not part of your public profile, and they are not shared with anyone by default.

A coach joins later, when you invite one, through the same conversation you already have with Bett-i — they see the plan and its history, and can shape it with you. Until then, it is just the two of you.
