Overview: one resolved view of your health

Sleep, activities, nutrition and labs in one picture, resolved across every source you connected.

Updated Sep 3, 2026

Overview is the first tab in Health. Open it when you want the whole picture in one place.

It pulls sleep, movement, body, nutrition and lab results into a single page. Each metric shows one resolved number, even when several sources recorded the same thing.

The page header reads "Health Overview", with the line "One resolved view across your connected health sources."

Along the top of the page sit three controls: "Refresh", "Connect a source" and "Customize".

Under them is the range pager. It sets the window that every card and chart on the page reads from.

Steps

  1. 1Open Health from the left rail on a computer, or the bottom bar on your phone.
  2. 2Pick a range: 1 Day, 1 Week, 2 Weeks, 1 Month, 3 Months or 6 Months.
  3. 3Use the arrows beside the date to step back and forward one window at a time.
  4. 4Select Custom to pick your own start and end date, then select Apply.
  5. 5Select Latest to jump back to today.

Note

The forward arrow and the Latest chip switch off once the window already ends today. In Custom, Apply stays off until the start date is on or before the end date.

The first time you open the page it lands on 1 Day, on the most recent day that has data.

What you see changes with the range you pick.

  • 1 Day shows a timeline of the day and a sleep breakdown.
  • Every longer range replaces those with a comparison chart per metric.
  • 1 Week, 2 Weeks and 1 Month add a calories balance card with an "Add meal" button.
  • The At a glance cards, the Bett-i insight, your activities summary, nutrition and biomarkers show at every range.

At a glance is the grid of cards near the top. There is one card per metric you switched on.

Each card carries the value, the source it came from, and a comparison. The comparison is labeled either "vs previous period" or "vs 14-day typical".

You choose which metrics appear, and in what order, in Customize.

Cards tell you plainly when a number is thin, missing or contested. They never show a blank or a guess. These are the lines you will see.

  • "No data this day" when nothing was recorded on the day you are looking at.
  • "Not synced yet today" when today has not arrived from your source yet.
  • "Last recorded" with a date, when the card shows your most recent known value instead of one for this day.
  • "Measured" with a date, on body values carried forward from an earlier reading.
  • "So far today" on running totals such as steps. They get a neutral comparison instead of an arrow.
  • "Sources disagree" when connected sources reported competing values. The selected source is shown without hiding the conflict.
  • "More history is needed" when a reading is visible but there is not enough history behind it for a trend.
  • "No data in this period" on a chart with an empty window.

Note

A day with no reading from your chosen source shows your last known value, greyed and dated. The card never goes blank and never quietly invents a number.

If nothing is connected yet, the page shows "Connect your health data" with a "Connect a device" button.

Next to it is a link called "How this page comes alive". It opens a tour of four cards. They cover what the page does, connecting what you wear, bringing your labs in, and logging meals.

The last card hands you straight to the connect panel. The tour shows once, and that link brings it back whenever you want it.

Frequently asked questions

Why does a card name a different source than usual?

Your usual source had no data for that period, so another connected source covered it. Select the metric to open its detail and see the picker.

The page says it is syncing. How long does that take?

A progress line reads "Health data is syncing" and the overview fills in as your sources finish. Nothing is lost while it runs.

Can I change what is on the page?

Yes. Customize lets you show, hide, reorder and set targets for each metric. That layout is only visible to you.

Connect a source

Link a watch, ring, scale or health app so your data flows in on its own.

Updated Sep 3, 2026

Connect a source is how you link what records your sleep, heart, movement and body. It opens from the Health overview header, from the Activities tab, and from the options menu on Timeline.

It is the same panel in all three places, and it lists every source Betterness can read today.

These are the sources you can connect.

  • Apple Health, on iPhone. Sleep, activity, body and vitals.
  • Health Connect, on Android. Sleep, activity, body and vitals.
  • Garmin. Sleep, activity, body and vitals.
  • Oura. Sleep, activity and body.
  • Peloton. Activity.
  • Wahoo. Activity.
  • Withings. Sleep, body and vitals.

Eight Sleep connects like the other cloud providers: tap Connect and sign in with your Eight Sleep account. Sleep arrives each morning after the night completes.

There are two kinds of card. Apple Health and Health Connect are built into your phone. Their card says "Set Up", and the connection is made on the phone itself.

Every other source is an account you own elsewhere. Its card says "Link Account", and you sign in to that account to authorize the connection.

Steps

  1. 1Open Health and select "Connect a source".
  2. 2Find the source you want in the list.
  3. 3Select "Link Account".
  4. 4Sign in to that account and approve the connection in the window that opens.
  5. 5Wait for the card to turn green. The panel checks the connection and updates on its own.

Note

Apple Health and Health Connect only work inside the Betterness app on your phone. On a computer their card offers a download link instead of a connect button.

Each card carries a status badge: Linked, Syncing, Paused or Not Connected.

Once Apple Health or Health Connect is set up, its card gives you two more controls.

  • "Pause Sync" stops new data flowing in and turns the badge to Paused. "Resume Sync" starts it again.
  • "Manage Permissions" opens your phone health settings, so you can review exactly which data Betterness is allowed to read.

An account you linked shows "Unlink" instead. Unlinking stops the sync and disconnects the account.

If you reinstall the app, your phone clears the health permission it granted. The card then shows an amber "Needs reconnect" badge with a button to reconnect. Data you have not allowed on this install cannot be read, so select it and approve again.

Frequently asked questions

Does connecting a source cost anything?

No. Connecting sources is included in every plan.

What if two of my sources record the same thing?

One source is chosen per metric, so the duplicate is not counted twice. You can change which one wins, per metric, in the source picker.

A source I use is not on the list.

Then it is not connectable today. The list in the panel is the complete set.

Customize: choose the source behind each metric

3.3

Customize: choose the source behind each metric

Choose which metrics appear, in what order, what you are aiming for, and which source feeds each.

Updated Sep 3, 2026

Customize opens from the Health overview header. Use it when the page is showing the wrong metrics, the wrong order, or the wrong source.

The panel is titled "Customize overview". The line under it reads "Select which metrics to feature, drag to reorder, only you see this layout."

Metrics sit in four fixed groups.

  • Rest, for sleep.
  • Move, for steps, distance, active calories and activities.
  • Recover, for heart rate variability, heart rate, resting heart rate, blood oxygen and respiratory rate.
  • Body, for weight.

A fresh account starts with sleep, steps, heart rate variability and weight switched on.

To show, hide and reorder your cards:

Customize metric cards

  1. 1Open Health and select "Customize".
  2. 2Use the toggle on a row to show or hide that metric.
  3. 3Drag a row by its handle, or use the arrows, to move it within its own group.
  4. 4Select Done to close. Every change saves as you make it.

Note

A metric with no connected source is dimmed and cannot be switched on. It is captioned "No source connected". Connect a source that records it and the row wakes up.

The same panel holds your targets. A target adds a goal to the metric, so your overview and your Timeline can show progress against something real.

Set a target

  1. 1Open the row for the metric you want a target on.
  2. 2Enter the number you are aiming for.
  3. 3Choose "Aim for at least" for something you want more of, or "Stay under" for something you want less of.
  4. 4Select Remove to clear a target you no longer want.

Reset to default puts every metric, its order and your targets back to the starting layout.

Each row also carries a source chip naming what currently feeds that metric. Select the chip to open the source picker and choose for yourself.

Choose a source

  1. 1Select the source chip on the metric you want to change.
  2. 2Drag the sources into the order you want, or select one to move it to the top.
  3. 3Save.

Three badges tell you what is going on in that list. Preferred sits on your first choice. Showing now sits on whichever source the screen is displaying, which is not always your first choice.

Recommended sits on a source we suggest, because it has covered this metric more completely. A short line says how many days it covered and how recently.

Your top source is used whenever it has data. If none of your listed sources recorded a given day, you see your last recorded value. Nothing switches silently. "Your choice applies everywhere in the app, immediately."

Tip

If no source has recorded that metric yet, the picker says so and stays empty. It fills in as soon as one does.

Frequently asked questions

Does hiding a metric delete its data?

No. Hiding only takes the card off your overview. The data stays, and the metric is still on your Timeline.

Can I move a metric into a different group?

No. The four groups are fixed, and reordering happens inside a group.

Who can see my layout?

Only you.

Open a metric

Select any card to see the number in full, page through days, and check the source behind it.

Updated Sep 3, 2026

Every card on your Health overview opens. Select one for the value in large type, a badge naming its source, and the history behind it.

On the detail you can:

  • Step back and forward a day at a time with the day pager, or jump to today.
  • Read the charts under the value to see how the metric moved over the days around it.
  • Select the source chip to open the picker and choose which source feeds this metric.

Some notes appear next to a value to explain where it came from. They are worth knowing.

  • "Shown from one source because another had no data for this period." Your usual source was silent, so a different one covered the day and is named rather than swapped in quietly.
  • "Overnight value from a source’s sleep data." Resting heart rate, breathing and similar overnight numbers come from the source that won your sleep.
  • On heart rate variability, a line naming the statistic and the source. Two sources can both be right and still differ by roughly three times. They measure variability in different ways, so their numbers are not a like for like comparison.

Note

When you change the range, the current and previous windows are both narrowed to the basis of the newest reading. That way a change of source can never show up as a change in your health.

To change the source for a metric:

Steps

  1. 1Open the metric from your overview.
  2. 2Select the source chip near the value.
  3. 3Put your preferred source at the top of the list.
  4. 4Save. Your choice applies everywhere in the app, immediately.

Frequently asked questions

Why is my chart empty for this window?

Nothing was recorded in it. The chart says "No data in this period" rather than drawing a flat line.

My two sources give different numbers for the same night.

One is elected and shown, and the difference is not hidden. Open the source picker to decide which one you want to lead.

Activities

3.5

Activities

Your sessions from every connected source, counted once, with trends, filters and manual logging.

Updated Sep 3, 2026

The Activities tab gathers the sessions from every source you have connected. It reads "Track your activity, explore trends, and discover the places where you’re most active."

Where two sources recorded the same session, it is counted once. The card tells you how many sources saw it, so you can open the activity and check each one.

Four cards sit at the top: Exercise time, Active calories, Activities and Distance. A card only appears when there is something to put in it. Select one and the chart underneath switches to that measure.

Under the chart is a permanent line: "Activity history builds after 21 days of activities." Until then the trend is still forming, and it is labeled that way rather than presented as a pattern.

The same range pager as the overview sits in the header, from 1 Day through 6 Months. There is no Custom range on this tab.

To narrow the list to one kind of session:

Filter activities

  1. 1Open Health, then Activities.
  2. 2Select Filter.
  3. 3Pick the activity types you want to see, then close the filter.
  4. 4Select Clear to go back to everything.

Note

The filter only offers the activity types that exist in the window you are looking at. Page to a window without that type and the filter clears itself. The page never looks emptier than it is.

When a session was not picked up by any of your sources, log it yourself. "Add activity" opens a panel titled "Log a session", with the line "For a session your devices didn’t record. Duration is all we need."

Log an activity

  1. 1Select "Add activity".
  2. 2Search the list and pick the activity you did. Use Change if you picked the wrong one.
  3. 3Set Started. It defaults to now.
  4. 4Set Duration in minutes. It defaults to 30, with quick chips for 30, 45 and 60.
  5. 5Open More details to add the optional fields for that activity.
  6. 6Select "Save session".

The panel confirms in place with "Session saved" and "Saved. It’ll show on your timeline shortly." The session takes a few minutes to appear in your lists, and the page refreshes itself while you wait.

Note

Duration has to be between 1 and 10080 minutes. A few activities are not set up for manual logging yet. When that is the case the panel tells you so, and Save stays off.

"Connect a source" sits in the same header and opens the same panel as the overview. You can add a source without leaving the tab.

Further down the page you get a Bett-i insight once you have sessions. Below that sit your most active places, the sessions you joined with other people, and your equipment.

Frequently asked questions

Two sources recorded my run. Will it count twice?

No. It is resolved across your connected sources and counted once. Open the activity to see each source that recorded it.

I saved a session and cannot see it.

Give it a few minutes. Saved sessions take a short while to reach your lists, and the page refreshes on its own.

There is no search box on this tab.

Correct. Use Filter to narrow by activity type, or use search on the Timeline tab.

Tag or relabel an activity

Correct the activity type your source recorded, and get your calories recalculated for it.

Updated Sep 3, 2026

Devices guess. A padel match can arrive as a generic cardio session. A walk with the dog can arrive as a run.

You can correct that, and only you can. Betterness never relabels a session on your behalf.

To correct the type:

Steps

  1. 1Open the activity from Activities, your overview or your Timeline.
  2. 2Select "Change activity type".
  3. 3Pick from the suggested activities, or select "Browse all activities" and search the full list.
  4. 4Add a note if you want to remember something about the session.
  5. 5Select "Save activity".

The panel is headed with the line "Recorded as your device’s label. Choose the activity you actually did."

Tip

Your source may split one session into two back to back recordings. The panel then offers to apply your choice to both at once.

"Use recorded type" removes your correction and puts the original label back.

Your correction is what the app shows from then on, but it does not overwrite what your source recorded. The detail keeps a provenance line reading "Recorded as", the original activity, and the source. Both facts stay visible.

Calories are recalculated after a relabel. If you did not enter calories yourself, the number your source produced is set aside. It was calculated for the wrong activity.

The new estimate comes from your session length, your weight and your heart rate where it is available. The Calories stat carries a note saying exactly that.

From the same detail you can share the activity. Sharing is a deliberate act. Nothing about a session leaves your account until you choose to share it.

Heart rate zones on an activity are part of Elite. On the Core plan the panel is shown with an upgrade option rather than removed.

Frequently asked questions

Will my device be corrected too?

No. Your correction applies inside Betterness. The original recording stays as it is, and the detail names it.

Can Bett-i relabel a session for me?

No. A suggestion may appear, but nothing is applied until you select it.

Why did my calorie number change after relabelling?

Because it was recalculated for the activity you chose, using your session length, weight and heart rate.

Find parks, trails, beaches, courts and pools near you, save them, and get directions.

Updated Sep 3, 2026

Activity places is the page for where you move. Open it when you want somewhere to go, not a number to read.

It reads "Explore parks, trails, beaches, courts, pools, and public recreation spaces. Your confirmed venues and Betterness partners stay distinct from general discovery." So you can always tell a place you have been from a place you are being shown.

To find a place:

Steps

  1. 1Open Activities, then open the places card.
  2. 2Search a park, trail, court, route or area, or select "Near me".
  3. 3Use the activity filters to narrow to one kind of place, or leave them on All.
  4. 4Move around the map to browse what is nearby.
  5. 5Open a place to save it to a list or get directions.

"Ask Bett-i" sits on the page with a few starting ideas. Use it if you would rather describe what you are after than filter for it.

Note

Your saved places and equipment media stay private unless you explicitly choose to share them.

Saved places carry a Private label, so you can see that at a glance.

Frequently asked questions

Nothing shows on the map.

The page says "No places match this activity" and suggests searching an area or selecting "Near me". Widening the activity filter usually brings results back.

Does Near me store my location?

Near me uses your location to search around you. Your saved places stay private unless you choose to share them.

Nutrition: log what you eat

Photograph a meal or describe it, correct Bett-i until it is right, then save.

Updated Sep 3, 2026

You log a meal from the Nutrition tab, or from the nutrition section of your Health overview. Do it right after you eat and it takes seconds.

"Add meal" opens a panel with the line "Photograph your meal, review Bett-i’s estimate, then confirm before it is saved."

With a photo:

Log with a photo

  1. 1Select "Add meal".
  2. 2Take a photo, or choose one from your library.
  3. 3Wait while Bett-i reads the photo and estimates the nutrition. This starts as soon as the photo is attached.
  4. 4Read the estimate and correct anything that is wrong.
  5. 5Confirm to save the meal.

Note

The first time you send a meal photo, a line tells you which outside service reads the image. It asks you to agree first, and it names the service: Gemini. Until you agree, no photo is sent.

Without a photo:

Log without a photo

  1. 1Select "Add meal".
  2. 2Type what you ate, for example "turkey sandwich from the deli".
  3. 3Read the estimate, correct it if needed, and confirm to save.

A tip in the panel says the same thing: "No photo handy? Just describe the meal instead."

If the estimate is off, you do not have to start again. Under it is "Something off? Tell Bett-i" with a box for your correction, such as "it was a double espresso with oat milk".

Select Update and Bett-i runs the estimate again with your correction, keeping the photo. You can do this as many times as you need.

Nothing is stored until you confirm. You review and correct everything before it saves.

After the meal is saved you get one more optional step. It asks where you ate. Pick home, a recent place, or search nearby. Your meal is already saved, and nearby uses your location only for this meal.

Saved meals list on the Nutrition tab under Meals. Your overview lists the same day under "Today’s meals". Select a meal to open its own page with the full breakdown.

With a nutrition program available, three pills appear at the top of the tab: Today, Program and Places. Without a program, Today and Places are still there and the pills do not show.

Frequently asked questions

The analysis did not come back.

You will see a message saying so. Your photo and notes are untouched, so try again.

Can I log a meal without a photo?

Yes. A typed description on its own is enough.

Can I fix a meal after Bett-i estimates it?

Yes, before you save. Use "Something off? Tell Bett-i" as many times as you need.

Nutrition targets and food places

Set a daily target per nutrient, keep an eye on water, and find the places you eat.

Updated Sep 3, 2026

The Nutrition tab shows a day at a time by default. Range chips cover 1 Day, 1 Week, 2 Weeks, 1 Month, 3 Months and 6 Months. Arrows move you between them.

Note

The 3 Months and 6 Months ranges are part of Elite. On the Core plan the shorter ranges are all available.

"Set targets" sits next to "Add meal" in the summary card. The editor is headed "Nutrition", with the instruction "Select a nutrient to set its daily target."

Steps

  1. 1Open Nutrition and select "Set targets".
  2. 2Select the nutrient you want a target on.
  3. 3Choose "Aim for at least" for something you want more of, or "Stay under" for something you want less of.
  4. 4Enter the number on the keypad and save.

There is a reset that clears every nutrition target at once. Opening a single nutrient gives you "Set target" or "Edit target" on that nutrient alone.

Note

These are your nutrition targets. The targets in Customize on the Health overview are a separate set, for metrics like steps and sleep.

The tab also carries a card for the places you eat, with a map and a list. You can search, browse nearby and open a place the same way you do for activity places.

A water card tracks what you have drunk. A body context card carries your weight and body mass index, next to the intake it belongs to.

On a single day you also get a chart comparing what you consumed against what you burned. A Bett-i nutrition insight appears once there are enough days behind it.

Frequently asked questions

Where do my targets show up?

On your Nutrition tab, and on the summary pills over your Timeline day.

Why is there no insight on my nutrition yet?

The insight waits until there are enough logged days to compare. Log a few more meals and it appears.

Biomarkers: read your results

3.10

Biomarkers: read your results

Your lab values organized by body system, with search, range filters and a page per marker.

Updated Sep 3, 2026

The Biomarkers tab holds everything from your blood work. Open it when a result comes back, or when you want to see how a marker has moved.

Three sub-tabs sit inside it. Biomarkers holds your values. Documents holds the lab reports behind them. Buy Labs takes you to Labs to order a new panel.

To find a marker:

Steps

  1. 1Open Health, then Biomarkers.
  2. 2Type into the search box, or open the filters.
  3. 3Narrow by category, by date range, by lab, or to your latest results only.
  4. 4Filter by range status: Optimal, Average or Out of Range.
  5. 5Select Apply, or "Clear filters" to start over.

If nothing matches you get "No results found", with "Nothing matches your current filters or date range". So you know it is the filters and not your data.

Your overview groups markers into body systems. Each system shows how many markers are in range out of its total. Selecting one opens the tab already filtered to it.

Each marker chip says "Inside optimal" or "Outside optimal" and shows which way it is moving. Select a marker to open its own page, with its history and what the value means.

Before your first results are in, the tab reads "No Biomarkers Yet". It explains that your biomarkers appear here once you upload or complete a lab test. It offers "Browse Available Tests" and "Upload My Lab Results".

Caution

Bett-i is not a medical device and does not give medical advice. Talk to a clinician about what your results mean for you.

Frequently asked questions

What does Out of Range mean?

The value sits outside the reference range for that marker. It is a filter and an indicator, not a diagnosis.

Why does a marker show no trend?

Until there is a second result to compare against, the Trend column shows a flat gray marker instead of a line. Hover it for the hint.

Where do my lab reports live?

In the Documents sub-tab, next to the values they produced.

Add biomarkers or upload a lab report

Upload a lab report you already have, or browse the tests you can order.

Updated Sep 3, 2026

"Add Biomarkers" is the primary button on the Biomarkers tab. It opens a panel asking "How would you like to add biomarkers?" with two options.

  • "Upload My Results". For a test you already took, so everything stays in one place.
  • "Browse available tests". For a new test that fits your goals. This leaves Health and opens the Labs section.

Note

Browse available tests is only available in the United States. Outside it, Upload is the one option, and a notice explains why.

To upload a report:

Steps

  1. 1Open Biomarkers and select "Add Biomarkers".
  2. 2Choose "Upload My Results".
  3. 3Pick your lab report. It has to be a PDF, and no larger than 50 MB.
  4. 4Watch the upload percentage, then the processing step while the values are read.
  5. 5Review the values that were found and approve them.

Once approved, the values join the rest of your biomarkers. The report itself stays in the Documents sub-tab. Results from a lab you ordered through Betterness arrive the same way, without an upload.

Caution

Bett-i is not a medical device and does not give medical advice. Check any value you plan to act on with the clinician who ordered your test.

Frequently asked questions

Can I type values in by hand?

No. Today you either upload a lab report as a PDF or order a test.

My file is a photo or a spreadsheet.

Only PDF is accepted. Save or export the report as a PDF and upload that.

A value was read wrongly.

You review each value before it is added, so correct it at that step.

Biological age

An estimate of how your body is aging, from 9 blood markers, next to your calendar age.

Updated Sep 3, 2026

The biological age card sits in the biomarkers section of your Health overview. It compares your biological age with your calendar age at each lab panel you have.

The card is captioned with the date of your latest panel. Under the number, a plain line tells you where you stand: younger than your calendar age, older, or the same.

The estimate is worked out per lab panel. So the chart shows how the comparison moved from one panel to the next, rather than day to day.

It is calculated from 9 blood markers.

  • Albumin, a protein made by the liver.
  • Creatinine, filtered by the kidneys.
  • Glucose, your blood sugar level.
  • C-reactive protein, a marker of inflammation.
  • Lymphocyte percentage, part of your white blood cell count.
  • Mean corpuscular volume, the average size of your red blood cells.
  • Red cell distribution width, the variation in red blood cell size.
  • Alkaline phosphatase, an enzyme found in the liver and bones.
  • White blood cell count.

Together they cover immune function, liver health, kidney function, metabolism and inflammation.

The card carries its own explanation, so you never have to take the number on trust.

Steps

  1. 1Open your Health overview and find the biological age card.
  2. 2Open the panel and read "How it’s calculated" for the method and what each marker means.
  3. 3Switch to "Sources" for the research behind it.
  4. 4Use Share if you want to send the card to someone.

Caution

Bett-i is not a medical device and does not give medical advice. Biological age is an estimate from a handful of blood markers, not a diagnosis. Discuss it with a clinician before you change anything.

Frequently asked questions

I do not have a biological age yet.

It needs a lab panel that includes the 9 markers. Upload a report you already have, or order a panel.

Why did it not change this week?

It is recalculated per lab panel, not per day, so it moves when a new panel lands.

Timeline: everything in one day

One day at a time, with every metric, activity and meal in the order they happened.

Updated Sep 3, 2026

Timeline is the day view. Where the overview resolves a range into cards, Timeline lays out a single day and shows you everything in it.

The pager here is a day pager. You get a strip of the week with the month above it. Arrows step a day at a time, and a Today button brings you back. Days in the future are switched off.

One filter bar sits above the list.

  • Search, over the rows of the day you are on.
  • Source, to show only what came from particular sources. The chip carries a count when it is active.
  • Type, to show only certain kinds of entry. It carries a count too.
  • An All dropdown for narrowing further.
  • Refresh, and pull to refresh on a phone.

"Connect a source" is in the options menu on this tab as well.

A day gathers three things together.

  • Every metric that was resolved for that day, not only the ones you feature on your overview.
  • Your activities, one card per session. Distance, calories, average heart rate, steps and elevation fold into the card rather than scattering across rows.
  • Your meals.

Rows are grouped into times of day and read newest first. The most recent thing that happened is the first thing you see.

Each row says when it happened. That is a span of time, a reading at a moment, or a value from when you woke up.

Above the list are summary pills for the day. A pill only gets a progress ring where a real target exists. Where the target is a general default rather than yours, it says so.

Heart rate variability deliberately gets no ring, because there is no honest target to draw one against.

Everything on the list opens. A metric row opens that metric for the selected day. An activity row opens the activity, and a meal row opens that meal.

Frequently asked questions

Why is there no 1 week or 1 month view here?

Timeline is deliberately one day at a time. Use the overview for ranges.

My day looks empty.

Clearing your filters and search brings the rest back. An empty day offers a Connect action. A day that failed to load is never shown as an empty day.
