What MCP gives you

The Model Context Protocol lets AI clients call Betterness tools directly. Your client gets governed access to biomarkers, lab orders, wearables, and the full data surface — without you writing any glue code.

Two install paths

A — Auto-install via the CLI (fastest, recommended). Reads your stored credentials and writes the right config to your client's file:
